Kevin Lui is the Managing Director of RW, responsible for leading all company operations and strategic direction. He holds a Master of Project Construction degree from the University of Greenwich (UK) and is a registered Civil Engineer.
With over 28 years of professional experience spanning architecture and interiors, Kevin brings deep technical expertise and project leadership to the firm. Before founding RW, he built a successful career at Leighton in Macau from 2004, where he managed complex hotel projects involving structural works, MEP systems, and interior renovations.
In 2015, Kevin established RW in Macau with a clear vision: to deliver exceptional construction management and construction services to the region’s premier resort hotels. Under his leadership, RW has grown rapidly, earning the trust of major clients including MGM, Wynn Palace Cotai, Wynn Macau, City of Dreams, and Galaxy Macau. Today, the company employs over 300 professionals in Macau.
Kevin brings more than two decades of on-the-ground experience in Macau, including 22 years managing a full-service construction company locally. His combination of international education, local expertise, and hands-on project delivery continues to drive RW’s reputation for quality and reliability.
